Beltane Fire Festival is the celebration of coming spring and the rebirth of Nature. It is held every year during the night of 30th April on Calton Hill in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. An audience of around 12 thousand people come to share the spectacular procession.
Edinburgh’s Beltane festival originates in the Scottish and Irish Gaelic pre-Christian festival of the same name.
The main idea of the gathering is the participation. Leave the solid idea about performer and audience. It is a not-for-profit gathering for creative people to share and create together. One aspect of the festival is to unify the local and the visiting artist, In the context of the free collaboration. Pushkar Walla will host of variety of workshops, like dance, music, percussion, juggling, fire arts.
